A new idea concerning the preparation of civil servants is being developed in Kazakhstan. The Chairman of the Agency for the Civil Service, Alikhan Baimenov, announced that this will be adopted this summer. According to him, the document will feature tighter regulations for civil servants. They must show their analytical and managerial abilities, as well as their knowledge of law, and adhere to ethics while in office.
