President of the Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Atambayev signed a decree on the dismissal of the government of the Kyrgyz Republic on August 24, 2012, the press service of the head of state said, KyrTAG reported. The decision is made in accordance with the decree and in connection with the official announcement of the loss of the parliamentary majority by coalition factions Birimdik in the Parliament of the Kyrgyz Republic, formed on the basis of agreements between the parliamentary factions of the Social Democratic Party, Ar-Namis, Republic, Ata-Meken on December 16 and December 20, 2011 and in accordance with relevant articles of the Constitution: Deemed the government of Kyrgyz Republic formed in accordance with the agreements between the Social Democratic Party, Ar-Namis, Republic, Ata-Meken of the Kyrgyz Parliament factions on December 16 and December 20, 2011 has resigned. Persons holding the position of Prime Minister, first deputy prime minister, deputy prime ministers and members of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic are to continue their duties until the formation of the new government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
