SEOUL, March 25 (Yonhap) -- The government on Sunday said it will keep close tabs on private and public debt and do more for job creation as part of its plan to lay the foundation for sustainable long-term growth.
The finance ministry's sustainable growth report said the global economy is struggling to cope with inequality between different age groups, concerns of energy and food shortages, and unequal speed of development. It stressed that there is a need to reduce inequality to ensure growth over the long run.
