Tajikistan's Ministry of Labor and Social Protection has developed legal acts to realize the law about "Insurance and State pensions", Avesta.tj reported on Thursday.
The Ministry developed two draft regulations.
The draft regulations fix the order of charging the pensions for special service in the spheres of economy, science, technique, literature, art and culture.
Also the regulations consider those people who made invaluable contribution into the country's development and are able to be nominated to the special pensions.
The draft regulations as well as the law on Insurance and State pensions are expected to be implemented from January, 2013. The drafts are on the stage of final coordination.
