Turkmen President Gurbangulu Berdimuhammedov instructed the Turkmen Labor and Social Protection Ministry to create a department which would ensure the employment of the provincial population as well as in Ashgabat.
The document abolished the labor exchange in the regions and in Ashgabat. These exchanges were in the balance of Turkmen Labor and the Social Protection Ministry. The newly announced department will ensure the population’s and their successors’ employment throughout the regions and in Ashgabat. The document gives the ministry the responsibility of developing and approving the department’s regulations on the employment of the population in the regions and Ashgabat.
The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Finance are expected to develop and adopt rules of organizing and financing these offices, holding training courses on specialties, retraining and advanced training of citizens.
