Astana. May 11. Kazakhstan Today - The members of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kazakhstan during the government session accepted the decree plan for realization of the Business Road Map - 2020 program, the agency reports. Presenting the project, the Minister of Economic Development and Trade, Zhanar Aytzhanova, explained that "the project assumes to confirm the following rules: subsidizing of the rate of compensation under banks credits in all three directions of the program: support of new business initiatives, improvement of the enterprise sector and support to export-oriented manufactures, and also partial guarantee of bank credits by Damu fund.
"According to the project of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the local executive powers, Damu fund, and the banks of the second level, when signing the agreements and contracts within the realization of the Business Road Map - 2020 program, will be guided by the typical cooperation agreements on subsidizing and partial credit guarantee protection." "The documents of the project regulate conditions and the mechanism of granting state support and the order of cooperation between the program participants, their rights and duties.
