The e-Government (YESSER) garnered ISO/IES2000 certification following completion of IT operation development to conform to the best world practices within ITIL framework (a collection of best practices to manage information technology in order to improve and customize them to business needs). YESSER conducted testing and auditing of IT operations to ensure conformity to ISO requirements.
The certification is a recognition that the awarded institution has applied the best practices in its business within its entire organization. ISO/IE20000 certification shows the extent of conformity of the institution to the approved management systems. The certification enables the business and business staff to ensure precise application of business mechanisms that would be reflected effectively on all business requirements.
The certification provides successful models and recommendations that enable the institution satisfy its own requirements. It provides the best criteria for applying service driven evaluation management system.
