At a workshop in Luanda this month, the Minister of Telecommunications and Information Technologies, José Carvalho da Rocha, said the government was making every effort to support the use of ICTs in public sector administration, through the roll-out of new infrastructure and initiatives such as the Innovate project.
The project includes human capital development and annual Awards for Innovation in Public Administration.
