The event was declared open by Dr Stephen Mncube, Chairperson, Independent Communications Authority of South Africa, with Mr Trilock Dwarka, Chairman, Information and Communication Technologies Authority of Mauritius, delivering the key note address.
Speaker panels were made up of more than 20 international experts, who shared their views on various aspects of pre and post digital switchover planning. The event also featured and associated industry exhibition, showcasing products and services relating to digital transmission and content management from a range of international companies
