$0A scientific book entitled "Information and Communication Technologies", by the Angolan writer Victor Fortes, was released last Friday, in Luanda.$0
$0On the occasion, Amândio Vaz Velho, presenter of the book, said that this literary work discusses universal themes, coupled with an analysis about the role of ICTs in the development of Angola.$0
$0"It is one more important contribution that the country should take into account in its development strategy", stressed the presenter.$0
$0Victor Fortes spoke about the efforts made to gather all the information that enabled the production of this book.$0
$0He stressed that the book is a sign of passion and commitment of the author in regard to information and communication technologies.$0
$0Victor de Jesus Fortes was born in Luanda in 1953, he is a professional in the ITC field.$0
