The economic area's score increased from 19.73 points to 19.80 points, which was an increase of 0.07 points.
The education area's score increased from 21.69 points to 22.21 points, an increase of 0.52 points.
The health area's score remained the same as the data has not changed and thus stays at 19.92 points.
The living conditions area's score declined from 19.99 points to 19.62 points, a decrease of 0.37 points.
The score for gender increased from 9.90 points to 9.97 points, an increase of 0.07 points.
The score for the crime sector remained the same, at 10.43 points.
The third update of this Index will be at the end of August 2011.
