This Program will Support Civic Engagement by Moniotoring Reforms and Facilitating Cooperation among the Governement, Civil Society Organisation, the Media and the Public in the Area of African Integration Free and Fair Elections, and Anti Corruption.
- Hosting Workshops for Media Programs to be providing Technical Assistance to an Existing, Informal Net Work of Private Local Television and Radio Stations. The Program will help Partner Private Stations share Locally Democratically and Independent produced Programming and improve their Opportunities to generate Incomes / Capital through building Skill in Freelance Journalism, Independent Press and Media Advertising, and Management at both the Private Station and Network Levels.
- Hosting Workshops for Citizen participation Program to build the Capacity of Citizens to Creat Tangible and Positive Change in their Own Communities through Civic Activity and Democratic Pratices. This Program will be Achieved by Providing, Mentoring, and Funding for Citizen – initiated Projects and Strengthening the Capacity of NGO’s and Citizen Group to mobilize their Community, Advocate for Change and hold Governement Accountable.
- Hosting Workshops on Civil Society Strengthening Program, to Strengthen Rrepresentative Democracy in Zambia through Support for a Constituent-Driven, Substainable Civil Society Sector. The proposed Program will provide Our-site Technical Assistance Towards : 1. Enchancing the Skills of Civil Society Organisations to effetively Represent Citizen Interest; 2. Improving the Governemence and Management of Civil Society Organisation, 3. Strengthening the Legal Fiscal Frame Work for Civil Society Society, 4. Promoting the diversification of Financial Resources available to Civil Society Organisation.
- Hosting Work Shop on Democratic Political Activitism in Zambia, to Streingthening Democratic Political Activism Program Works with Zambian Parliament, Political Parties, Independent Activits, Youth and the Election Commision of Zambia (ECZ) to share international Experiences on Democratic Political Organizing and Elections at the local, Rayon and National Levels, this Program is to Cultivating New Political Activists which can formulate and persue Concrete Polititical Objectives based on the needs of Constituent. In Cooperation with the ECZ, the Program will Supports a Free and Fair Democratic Election Process, in line with Western Europe, USA, and International Standard.
Hosting Workshop to gain Supporting from General Public for the formation of Zambia Electoral Administration Capacity Development Program (ZEACDP) with the aim to Strengtnes Critical Election Institutions and processes in Zambia through Support to the Election Commission of Zambia (ECZ). Adedo-Zamucano goals is to form a Pact with some NGO’s, Political Organisation and International Organisation in Zambia in order to Promote Democracy and Good Governance, to build the the Capicity of NGO’s, Political Organisation and Local Community Leaders to adress Local Developmt problems.
v This Pact shall works to Creat an Enabling Environmet for effective Governance, resulting in Likages between Governement, Privite Business and Civil Society at National and Local Level.
v Adedo-Zamucano will be Assisting their Partners to Establish Legal Frameworks to Protect and Promote Civil Society Organisation (CSO’s), Enhance the free flow Information, Strengthen Democratic Political Culture.
v Through Adedo-Zamucano Expertising in Networking, Coalition Building, and Advocacy, the Pact will be Introducing Key tools to Local Stakeholders to enable them on a Larger role in the Governance of their Society.

Adedo Zamucano came to be formed by the Poor People and Victims of Corruption of Zambia from a Movement to a Political Party in 2010 after holding Consultations and Secrete Underground Conventions around Zambia as a result we discovered that Our Nation was lucking Several Democracy Tendencies,.and Corruption among Government leaders approached the levels were it can not be Controlled, and among this Observations we transformed Adedo as Adedo Zamucano Political Party.
Therefore, because the Ruling Government which has been in Power since 1991 called Movement for Multi-Party Democracy its governing powers are not derived from the people of Zambia by Consensus Democracy, Direct Referendum or Democracy, as a result the Zambia Government lucks Elected Representatives of the People
ü The People of Zambia still don’t have that enjoyment of Democratic Equality and Freedom thus including so many Organisations seeking Democracy and Human Rights Tendencies. Opposition Political Parties , Churches , NGO’s, Press and Media Organisations always fails to Operate freely because of fearing the Government in powers ,because of this abusiveness from State, the Main Press and Media are Monopolized /Championed by the State Controlled National News Papers including the Times of Zambia Newspaper, Zambia Dairy Mails Newspapers and the Main National Television Network the Zambia National Broadcasting Cooperation Services (ZNBC).
ü Democracy in Zambia is not Carefully Legislated ,through the Use of Balance to Avoid an Uneven Distribution of Political Power, as a result such the Separation of Powers has completed Shut Down the Future and Vision of Democracy in Zambia.
ü The Majority Rule of which is a Ruling Political Party in Zambia called Movement for Multi party Democracy(MMD)is often described as a Characteristic feature of Democracy, but without Govt. or Constitutional Protections of Individual Liberties, it is possible for a Minority of Individual to be Oppressed by the Tyranny of the Majority. An essential process in Representative Democracies is Competitive Elections that are Fair both Substantively and procedurally .further more Freedom of the Press are essential so that Citizens are informed and abble to Vote in their Personal Interest, but this Aspects has be Blocked by the Leaders of Our Zambian Government, this Question always remains Unanswerable of how the Common Minority in such Nations like Zambia can Achieved Democracy and Enjoy their Human Rights if this People can not be Supported by Great Civilized or Powerful Nations Abroad ?

As it been Stated in the Mission, Adedo-Zamucano Political Party is looking forward to Change the Zambia Government and to be Replaced by Good Governance including the following Characteristics : Participatory, Consensus Oriented ,
Accountable, Transparent , Responsive and Efficient, Equitable and Inclusive and Follow the Rule of Law.
Adedo-Zamucano Government, shall maintained that Corruption is Stop throughout the Nation, the View of Minorities are taken into Account and that the Voices of the Most Vulnerable in Society Area heard in Decision-Making Participation.
Adedo- Zamucano Government shall incourage both Men and Women to be Key Cornerstone of Governance. Participation either Direct or through Legitimate Intermediate Institution or Representatives .It is Important to Point Out that Representative Democracy does not necessarily mean that the Concern of the most Vulnerable in Society would be taken into Consideration in Decision Making. Participation needs to be Informed and Organised . This means Freedom of Association and Expression on the One hand and Organised Civil Society on the Other Hand.
In order for Good Governance Adedo-Zamucano Government shall required Fair Legal Frameworks that will be Enforced Impartially. It will also required full Protection of Human Rights, particularly those of Minorities. Impartial Enforcement of Law shall requires an Independent Judiciary and an Impartial and Incorruptible Police Force.
