The Election Commission (EC) yesterday ordered its provincial officials to support the National Reform Council (NRC)'s task in gathering opinions from the public on nation reform.
EC secretary-general Puchong Nutrawong said the National Council for Peace and Order (NCPO) and NRC had asked the commission to use its offices in 77 provinces as a coordinating centre to support the Reform Council. The provincial EC offices will collect ideas from residents on the 11 reform areas and the offices will also be used as a site for NRC members to meet with local people.
