The report "Azerbaijan's implementation of commitments" prepared by the co-rapporteurs of the PACE Monitoring Committee on Azerbaijan Pedro Agramunt and Joseph Debono Grech has been published. The co-rapporteurs stressed that after Azerbaijan joined the Council of Europe, the progress was achieved in the formation of legislative base which is important for democratic institutions' activity. The co-rapporteurs also emphasized that great progress was achieved in signing and ratifying CE legal documents after Azerbaijan joined the Council of Europe. The report stressed that Azerbaijan, except for one document, signed and ratified all the legal documents included in the country's commitment to the PACE. The co-rapporteurs also consider establishing the Judicial Council within the reform of the Azerbaijani judicial system as commendable.
