Justice Ministry’s Department of Legal Execution (LED), Thailand on October 27, announced the projects to transform its operation and services to citizen with new technology.
In collaboration with Electronic Government Agency (EGA), the LED will deploy G-Cloud, Government Information Network (GIN), and Government e-Portal to enhance its existing system and operation.
“G-Cloud will help improve our network’s security as the EGA will monitor our log file 24/7 for any suspicious access,” said LED Director General Prof Wisit Wisitsora-at.
He added that using GIN will help the LED to reduce server and network cost while improving its efficiency in connecting with other stakeholders within the government through this network. At the same time, other organisations who would like to connect and make use of the LED’s network can easily maximise this facility with no additional cost.
The LED will also introduce its Bankruptcy Monitoring System on government e-Portal. Citizens and relevant organisations can access and receive the information of bankruptcy status more conveniently and easily.
In the near future, the LED is preparing to introduce more e-services on e-Portal. One of which is its main operation system called Civil Enforcement System that will authorise only people who are relevant to particular law cases to access the information.
