According to preliminary data, over nine months of 2011, the Taxes Ministry transferred to the state budget 4.065.6 billion manat, or 30 percent more compared to the same period of the last year, Deputy Taxes Minister Sahib Alekperov said in an interview with Baku Worker newspaper, published Friday.

"2.881.8 billion manat or 70.9 percent of tax transfers accounts for the private sector, and the level of tax collection in the private sector increased by 40.5 percent as compared with the previous year," said Alekperov.

He said tax incomes from the oil sector accounted for 2.156.9 billion manat or 22.2 percent more than previous year.
