In a review of the program, World Bank finds that many of the project's approaches have been incorporated into India's national watershed policy guidelines (World Bank, 2013). This paper also suggests that this population is required to provide science and technology based education with some revision of education policy in order to ensure the sustainable development. The countries that achieved sustainable development have given a high priority to science and technology education in formulating education policy. Bangladesh has no more alternatives in order to gain development, except properly utilizing its population.
