The International Council for Caring Communities (ICCC) is a not-for-profit organization that has Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations.

ICCC acts as a bridge linking government, civil society organizations, the private sector, universities and the United Nations in their efforts at sparking new ways of viewing an integrated society for all ages.

Since its inception, ICCC has been committed to the principle that private enterprises and individuals can help society improve communities and social public activities. This is one of ICCC essential goals. Twenty-three renowned world leaders since 1996 have been presented with ICCC "Caring" Awards for their contributions to society.

Description: International Journal of eGovernance and Networks (IJeN) is a peer-reviewed publication, devoted to broadening the understanding of contemporary developments and challenges in administrative and policy practices promotion of international scholarly and practitioner dialogs the encouragement of international comparisons and the application of new techniques and approaches in electronic systems of governing. IJeN intends to fill the need for a venue in which scholars and practitioners with different viewpoints bring their substantive approaches to work on various legal, social, political, and administrative challenges related to e-Governance issues. IJeN includes cutting edge empirical and theoretical research, opinions from leading scholars and practitioners, and case studies. 

Call for Manuscript

IJeN a uses a blind peer-review process and therefore manuscripts should be prepared in accordance with the American Psychological Association (APA) Guidelines as follows: No longer than 35 pages, including all elements (abstract, endnotes, references, tables, figures, appendices, etc.) formatted in Times New Roman, 12-point type, double-spaced with one inch margins. Please do not use the automatic features as well as the footnote feature to endnotes.

Submissions should include the title of the manuscript, an abstract of approximately 150 words, an opinion for practitioners of 100 words, and a list of key words on the title page but do not include the author(s) name on the title page. Please ensure to remove any indications of authorship in the body of the manuscript. The author(s) name, affiliation, and contact information should be listed on a separate page preceding the title page of the manuscript. Please submit your manuscript for review in a widely accepted word processing format such as Microsoft Word.

Submission to IJeN implies that your article has not been simultaneously submitted to other journals or previously has not been published elsewhere.
