Call for Manuscript

IJeN a uses a blind peer-review process and therefore manuscripts should be prepared in accordance with the American Psychological Association (APA) Guidelines as follows: No longer than 35 pages, including all elements (abstract, endnotes, references, tables, figures, appendices, etc.) formatted in Times New Roman, 12-point type, double-spaced with one inch margins. Please do not use the automatic features as well as the footnote feature to endnotes.

Submissions should include the title of the manuscript, an abstract of approximately 150 words, an opinion for practitioners of 100 words, and a list of key words on the title page but do not include the author(s) name on the title page. Please ensure to remove any indications of authorship in the body of the manuscript. The author(s) name, affiliation, and contact information should be listed on a separate page preceding the title page of the manuscript. Please submit your manuscript for review in a widely accepted word processing format such as Microsoft Word.

Submission to IJeN implies that your article has not been simultaneously submitted to other journals or previously has not been published elsewhere.

The Measuring ICT Website provides information on the development of ICT statistics and indicators worldwide, with an emphasis on supporting ICT policies and the information economies in developing countries.

The objectives of the Measuring ICT Website are to:

• Provide information to experts and the general public on progress in the field of ICT measurement, particularly by National Statistical Offices and international organizations
• Promote the discussion between practitioners of ICT statistical work on best practices, experiences, methodology, presentations, theory, etc.
• Contribute to the follow-up to the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS)
• Support the work of UNCTAD on measuring the information economy, and of the Partnership on Measuring ICT for Development.

The Measuring ICT Website is maintained by the ICT Analysis Section of UNCTAD. The Section is part of the Science, Technology and ICT Branch, in the Division on Technology and Logistics.

International Centre for Parliamentary Studies

The International Centre for Parliamentary Studies exists to promote effective policy making and good governance through better interaction between Parliaments, Governments and other stakeholders in society.

The Centre’s primary focus is the empowerment of Human Capital through Capacity Building.
