Tunisia won the United Nations E-Government Survey Special Award for 2014, TAP reported on Monday (October 20th). Several Maghreb countries are among the top 10 in Africa for the use of ICT "by the government for the provision of information and public services to the people". Tunisia tops the UN ranking of African countries regarding e-governance. Morocco is fifth and Libya is 10th.
