Challenges

Address

Despite being ahead of such significant countries such as France, Germany or Japan, and that eGovernment has experienced an impressive development in the quality of services provided to citizens, the truth is that there are still gains by comply. In fact, as the registration procedures or civil registration of a new birth, citizens are still forced to move physically to the appropriate administrative office.

Local government represents the Achilles heel of our society as to the advancement of eGovernment is concerned. Something logical if one takes into account that many municipalities are experiencing significant cuts in their budget.
