Created: Sep 04, 2012

Efforts to punish corporate crime by countries around the world will be evaluated in a new report to be published by anti-corruption group Transparency International on 6 September 2012, at 03.00 AM GMT.

Transparency International’s annual report on enforcement of the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention, “Exporting Corruption? Country Enforcement of the OECD Anti-Bribery Convention. Progress Report 2012”, grades 37 countries according to the number of cases against companies for bribing foreign officials that have been investigated and prosecuted.

Factsheets assessing the enforcement action of a dozen OECD countries, including the US, UK, France, Canada, Spain, Greece and Brazil, will also be made available on 6 September.

Interviews may be arranged with both global and regional experts.
