It is necessary to work out a Road Map for development of the main sectors of the economy. It should unite the interests of the state, society, investors and business," the President said at the industrial-innovative forum in Astana.

The President said there was a need to reform the activity of such institutes as the Institute of Economic Research under the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, Institute for Comparative Social Research under the Kazakh President, Institute for World Economy and Politics under the Foundation of First President of Kazakhstan.

"All of these structures should work jointly with the Academy of Sciences. The activity of these institutes must be focused on forecasting, development of strategies for the Road Maps," the President said. Kazinform cites PM's oficial site. See www.pm.kz
