President Orders to Develop State Program on Azerbaijani Youth in 2011-2015

Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev issued executive order on the State Program 'Azerbaijani youth in 2011-2015', President’s press service reports. According to the preamble of the executive order, the youth policy is pursued in the Republic of Azerbaijan to bring up the youth basing on the principles of patriotism, Azerbaijanism and statehood, in the spirit of respect to the historical-cultural heritage, national, moral and human values, ensure the active participation of the youth in the socio-political, socio-economic and cultural life of the society, direct their intellectual and creative potential towards the solution of the national problems. With the view of improving the youth policy, creating conditions for active participation of the youth in management, ensuring employment of the young specialists and solving other socio-economic problems, the head of state has ordered the Presidential Administration to set up a working group within ten days for preparing the draft State Program 'Azerbaijani youth in 2011-2015'.The working group is to prepare the draft State Program “Azerbaijani youth in 2011-2015” and submit to Azerbaijani President within two months.
