VietNamNet Bridge Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung on November 22 signed a decision on the establishment of the Agency for Control of Administrative Procedures.
The agency will be under the management of the Government Office. It will be responsible for assisting the government to control administrative formalities and manage the national database on administrative formalities. The new agency will also receive and process the opinions of citizens and organizations on administrative procedures. The agency will have a chief and three deputy chiefs. It will begin operating in January 2011.
