“We are determined to increase this number.”
Mathale, who delivered his speech in the provincial legislature, said the increase in facilities was living testimony of the provincial government’s commitment to the fight against the spread of the disease.
He added that the province would continue forging ahead in the war against the disease until victory.
Other diseases such as diabetes, tuberculosis, malaria would also receive attention.
“These diseases are affecting many of our people and we have a responsibility to reduce and curb them,” said the premier.
