The theme of this year's celebration is 'Transformation leadership in public administration and innovation in governance: Creating a better life for all'.

The two-day celebrations featured entertainment and public lectures.

It enabled public servants to reflect on the functions of the public service, its mission, objectives, projects, successes and challenges and gives recognition to the importance of the civil service.
