AAPSIA also recognises successful and effective service delivery projects and initiatives that have been achieved through the application of innovative approaches, methodologies and tools. It also rewards the achievements of public servants and their partners from the private and non-profit making sectors who have successfully developed innovative solutions to service delivery and governance challenges.
The Mauritius Civil Service also received the Special Award for Knowledge Management during the 4th SADC Regional United Nations Public Administration Network (UNPAN) Portal Workshop held on 4 and 5 May at Pretoria, South Africa.
