Constitution provides for the establishment
of the Public Service Commission. The Public
Service Commissions Act, Chap. 185, articulates
various values and standards which are expected
of the civil servants.The standards and values
are articulated in the Code of Regulations.
The Code of Regulations has been part of the
civil service since the colonial period but
the last revision to it was done in 1992. |
