Specification Disclosure (245i): Declaration of personal assets by public servants has not been a common practice in Kenya. But recently, the first public agency to demand disclosure of personal assets from its employees is the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA.)

Are disclosure requirements more rigorous or stringent in any one sector than in another?

As mentioned above, currently only KRA demands disclosure of personal assets from its employees. But even in this case the practice just began the other day. Whether it is being implemented effectively is still difficult to assess. All other public service agencies or departments in the country do not demand any disclosures.
