Researchers from Princeton University Visit CIIIAP
As part of activities related to exchange of innovations and dissemination of best management practices within the Public Administration, the International Center of Innovation and Exchange in Public Administration (CIIIAP) was responsible for coordinating the visit of researchers from Princeton University (USA) to the State of Bahia, Brazil, from April 29 to May 10, 2013.

International Center of Innovation and Exchange in Public Administration - Visit of Researchers from Princeton University
As part of activities related to exchange of innovations and dissemination of best management practices within the Public Administration, the International Center of Innovation and Exchange in Public Administration (Ciiiap) was responsible for coordinating the visit of researchers from Princeton University (USA) to the State of Bahia/Brazil, from April 29 to May 10, 2013. Researchers from the Innovations for Successful Societies Program, Michael Scharff and Yanilda González, conducted a series of interviews with government managers and technicians in order to better understand the innovations and difficulties found in the implementation phase of Citizen Assistance Service Center model. The Citizen Assistance Service Center network is a pioneering initiative created by the Bahia State Government, which consists of integrated assistance units where the services provided by several federal, state and municipal bodies and entities, as well as private institutions, are gathered at the same physical space.
