The World Civic Forum (WCF), jointly initiated by the Kyung Hee University of Seoul, Korea and UNDESA will hold its first forum from 5 to 8 May 2009 at the COEX, Seoul, Republic of Korea. The WCF 2009 will focus on the themes of civic values, civic engagement and civic action. WCF is now welcoming proposals for papers and panels on these themes and other related topics.
