"Building Capacity for Sustainable Delivery"
With the backlog in housing ever increasing and the delivery of services at Local Authority level falling far short of expectations there needs to be a concerted effort by Government with support from Private Enterprise to consolidate efforts and find new innovative ways to proactively tackle service delivery.
The 2012 SAHF International Conference and Exhibition will focus on "Building Capacity for Delivery" and highlight:
- Service Delivery for Communities at Local Government level
- Social Housing Delivery
- Affordable Housing
- Finance Models and Policy for geared delivery
- Education and Training and
- Health Services
The conference will bring an international perspective and highlight important issues related to policy, planning, the environment, construction and innovative building methods, financial models and options for public and private sector housing.
The conference will include interactive sessions which will give an ideal opportunity for delegates to debate and propose solutions to social housing and the community issues. The conference will be of interest to Academics, Researchers, Housing Managers, Developers and Contractors, Consultants, Local Government Officials, Innovators, Community Based Organisations, Councillors, Non-Government Organisations, Financial Institutions and Manufacturers.
