The information revolution and information technology is one of the pillars of economic and social development in the contemporary world, no doubt that there is a large and
important development in information technology, communications and tools of communication. All these had a positive impact in enabling the creation of new elements,
new tools and a pioneer in the same time, is closely linked to the activities of life common to all citizens. In the midst of ongoing developments that occur in the new world in the
field of information technology in each of the products or emerging solutions. It opens up wider horizons for them for doing all activities by the available electronic tools. The use
of such technology in general tend to change concepts, methods of doing business, ways to provide different services and to communicate with all institutions of civil society (companies and government departments with each other, as well as citizens with government departments, also government departments and business sectors ... etc.)...
