Tajik President Emomali Rakhmon August 14 signed a decree increasing pensions, scholarships, and government workers' salaries September 1, AsiaPlus.tj reported, citing his press office.
The minimum government worker monthly wage nationwide will rise 25% to 250 TJS (US $52).
Pay increases will differ depending on the job. Nursery school and public school employees will see 30% raises.
