Kazakh Prime Minister Karim Massimov has appointed well-known TV presenter Lazzat Tanysbay as Deputy Minister of Communications and Information, Novosti-Kazakhstan reported.
Massimov wrote about it in his twitter-account on Friday.
Tanysbay has worked on the Kazakh television since 1993 as a presenter at the National Corporation "Television and Radio of Kazakhstan", a presenter and executive producer at the "Khabar" Agency, as well as in the Kazakh presidential press service.
Since 2008 she has been the first deputy board chairman of the Republican Broadcasting Corporation "Kazakhstan".
Tanysbay will replace Nuray Urazov on the post of Deputy Communications and Information Minister.
