Kazakhstan plans to adopt an updated national plan to attract investments, National Agency for Export and Investment KAZNEX INVEST chairman of board Erlan Arinov said in an interview with Trend on Monday.

"The government must consider the updated national plan to attract investments in November," he said. "After it is specified, it must immediately come into force. It will likely to happen in December."

He said that Kazakhstan set a goal for accelerated industrial-innovative development. It is important to create conditions for attracting investments in non-oil sector of the economy.

The updated national plan provides for more favorable conditions facilitating the flow of funds in innovation projects.

"The new conditions will be identical for both foreign investments and domestic investors, he said.
