The government has said a president regulation will be issued to save more fund in the state budget.
"We have been planning to issue the regulation long time ago. But we expect the regulation will be issued after we deliberate the 2011 state budget," Finance Minister Agus Martowardojo said recently.
He said the regulation would control budget spending from various sources such as business trips, office constructions, and meetings.
However, he assured that the regulation would not reduce budget allocated for ministries or institutions.
