Azerbaijani President Approves Amendments to Law on State Duties |

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has approved amendments to the Law on State Duties, AzerTAc state news agency reported.
Under the amendments, the amount of the state duty for granting a special permit (license) to issue certificates for notarial activities has been determined at 100 manat, the extension of validity of a certificate for notarial activities - 50 manat, for activities in alternative energy and renewable energy sources - 100 manat, issuance of quality certificates for food products intended for export to EU countries - 20 manat, issuance of certificates confirming the country of origin - 20 manat.
The state duty for state registration of medicines and substances has been established in amount of 100 manat, issuance of hygiene certificates - 15 manat. Amendments to law were ratified by Parliament on Sept. 30.
