Laos: Civil Servants Upgraded on Administration Capacity |

(KPL) The Public Administration and Civil Service Authority in cooperation with the Ministry of Planning and Investment held a training course on administration capacity for civil servants. The training took place in Vientiane Capital between June 7 and 11 and was conducted by experts from the Civil Service College (CSC) of Singapore. “This training course is supported by the Japanese government through the Asia Development Bank,” said Deputy Head of the Public Administration and Civil Service Authority, Mr. Siphouk Vongphakdy.
Present at the opening ceremony of the training course were Deputy Head of the Public Administration and Civil Service Authority, Mr. Siphouk Vongphakdy, Counselor to the Japanese Embassy in Laos, Mr. Shigeki KOBAYASHI, civil servants and administrators from relevant ministries.
