It seems like some people really want to feel the anger of the Muslim world, and see all the rage, emotions and anger. Most remember the scandal with the Dutch newspaper, where the prophet Mohammed cartoon was shown. And now it seems like a new wave of provocative actions of the same manner prepares to take place.

On the 20th of May, a contest was announced in a world-wide popular Facebook website on phophet Mohammed caricatures. This info was first spread out by Pakistani press, and later on the court agreed on closing Facebook in the whole country of Pakistan. According to the jury's decision, the website is to remain closed until 31st of May.

Now, we all know that these Facebook-like social websites can become a powertool for propaganda purposes, and the aftermath of all that is simple - religious hatred. Its interesting though, how powerful is that image, religious man sees on his screen, how does it affect his real life?

According to Azerbaijani psychologist Dayanat Rzayev, these social websites can cause serious damage to one's mind, if they're spent too much time on. He believes, that because of these sites, people become very distant from each other, and real life as well.

He also believes that "there must be some sort of control set on these social websites".

So, should Facebook and other alike social websites be blocked in Azerbaijan? Maybe, at least the religious groups in Azerbaijan can ask to do so. But will it change anything? After all, blocking the website, will not result into this Facebook contest disappearing. Some powers are really concerned about more and more people getting to know Islam, and therefore they try to stop it by any means possible. Yet this goal is hardly to be achieved - Islam still finds its way into peoples minds. Into those, who believe, and wish to evolve.
