The AMDIN Council resolved that:

(1)       A Task-Team comprising of officials from AMDIN, PALAMA, GIMPA, ASCON, LIPAM, SIM, CAMPS, AUC, NPCA, be established to oversee:

- The review of the Constitution for presentation at the General Assembly;

- The review of the hosting arrangements;

- The development of a strategic plan including a 12 months Programme of Action for AMDIN; and

- Financial management of AMDIN including the establishment of an Audit Committee.

(2)       The Task-Team will meet along the margins of the 7^th CAMPS Meeting scheduled for February 2012 in Burundi to finalise the Terms of Reference for a Consultant to be sourced.

(3)       The report of the 7^th AMDIN Council Meeting and the outcomes of the Task-Team meeting be presented at the 7^th CAMPS Special Bureau Meeting in Burundi.
