This programme is intended to train in the coming four years 100.000 Brazilian students in graduation, doctor degree and scientists abroad in fields of basic sciences, engineering and technologies.
On the same day, the Angolan diplomat met in Brasilia with the new Director-General of FAO, José Graziano Silva, after being honoured by the House of Representatives due to his election to that UN high post.
