Sokatsha said this when he launched refurbished projects at the Kimberley Hospital complex in the Frances Baard district at the weekend.
"We celebrate yet another milestone in the improvement of health services to our people and we do this as we are guided by the patients charter that says everyone has the right to access to healthcare services," he said.
