"Enhancing The Efficiency of Civil Service Through Capacity Development of Civil Servants"

The conference is organized within the framework of the Institutional Reform Plan 3 of the Comprehensive Institutional Building (CIB) Program of the Eastern Partnership (EaP) of the European Union. Conference is a part of the project “Support to civil service training capacities with a focus on EU affairs” implemented by GIZ and CSC within the IRP3 which is co-financed by the EU and the German Government. The purpose of this conference is to bring together international and local experts from different parts of the world to share their collective experiences and provide insights on how they have managed to enhance the performance and efficiency of the civil service through capacity building measures for civil servants. These practitioners will come from both the public and private sectors in order to obtain a wide range of inputs on the benefits and challenges of introducing civil service trainings and professional development of civil servants within the public administration. A special focus will be on developing and introducing training strategies and policies.
