Mobile Government Evolution Forum 2014
Start Date: Aug 19, 2014
End Date: Aug 20, 2014
Venue: Hotel Fort Canning, Singapore
Description: The evolution of technology and the internet is rapidly changing the way that Government conducts business and interacts with stakeholders. In particular the mobile revolution has brought a range of opportunities as well as distinct challenges for Public Sector leaders to navigate in order to keep up with constituent preferences and deliver best practices in contemporary governance. Among the range of benefits which mobile applications and initiatives offer are the ability to enhance citizen engagement, increase stakeholder participation and involvement as well as provide enhanced service delivery on an on-demand basis. Government services and consultations can be carried out more cost effectively and in addition to this the broader reach of mobile connectivity enables agencies to expand the reach of their services. While many jurisdictions are making exciting progress in m-Government, challenges remain in order to harness these benefits and leverage mobile to improve Government performance and service delivery outcomes.

After delivering a wide range of Government events around the Asia-Pacific and Middle-East regions, Liquid Learning are delighted to present the Mobile Government Evolution Forum 2014.
