Are there specific guidelines/requirements within the public service in addition to the general standards applicable to all public servants, e.g. additional standards and/or professional codes of conduct for specific groups such as the police, or public employees in revenue collection, public procurement, legal counsel, officers controlling extra-budgetary funds, recruitment officers, etc.?
