Public Service Commission (PSC) The PSC has the role of monitoring and evaluating the public service. The PSC has held workshops in all provinces on the code of conduct with over 500 people being reached. The PSC has produced a manual on how to implement the code. The PSC encourages departments to include the code of conduct in their orientation programme and amongst other things, hold annual ethical days to talk about values.
